Work Schedule

Please provide us with your MOST CURRENT work schedule for our records.

Your assistance is needed-Friday March 30th

We would like for one or more of you to visit/meet and conduct the following:

1. Welcome/Academy recap
2. Proposed project from last academy
3. Pre/post GPA evaluations
4. Sweatshirt handout
5. Next leadership Academy date

You MUST arrive to Grant middle school 15 minutes before the 11:50am scheduled meeting time. Please let us know who will be attending ASAP. When you go to grant middle school, you will need to report to the main office and either ask for Doris Rosales, Josefina Banda, or Sylvia Borjas.

Speech and Debate: TO DO LIST 3/15/12

Here is a TO DO LIST for Speech and Debate

1.West Fresno permission slips are on my desk. Please sort and staple them. Add them to permission slip binder.

2. Rosio Brenda Gonzales - Speech, from Washington Union was Dropped.

3. Scoring Rubrics - Please pre-fill the Speech Scoring Evaluation with names of students and organize them by the time they'll speak.

4. Scoring Rubrics - Debate Evaluation, please do the same with Debate and follow the round schedule.

5. Parent Agenda - I need to see the parent agenda and list of activities - updated to reflect new times

6.Update on supplies and bags - Please provide with an update of the supplies for the event and the "giveaways" for the students.

7. I have judges names for name tags, staff name tags

Please let me know what task from the list you will work on. I have word files for the rubrics.

Scout Island Middle School Leadership Academy Student Visit

Would anyone please print and provide me copies of the how to calculate GPA sheet that was done for the middle school leadership students?

Marisol and I will be going to American Union tomorrow at 11:30-1:30 or earlier. Please let us know if you are interested and would like to join us.

The Speech and Debate Tournament is getting closer, March 17!

There is several things we need to get done, I would like to meet tomorrow to go over the TO DO list.

We can meet at 10:AM.

Evaluations for Leadership Academy #2

We need to have Evaluations for the 3 groups that attended to Academy on Dec. 6, 7, and 8. Eddie just told me that the papersheet given to the students to calculate GPA were the actual evaluations, therefore we need to know if we have copies or the originals.
