Middle School Leadership Agenda

I have emailed you last years Middle School Leadership agenda.  Please review as the activities will be similar.  This year we have included an additional day.  That info needs to be included in the agenda.  The agenda doesn't have to look like last years but I do want it to fit in one page. I also attached the description of events for each session.

Please note that we "REGION" will conduct the academic portion which is typically from 1-3pm.  If you have any questions, speak with Veronica as she has conducted academic sections.  If you feel you have additional questions, feel free to ask me.

Checklist Items

Hello.  Hope all is well.  I want to thank you for everything that you are working on.  I hope you are enjoying and learning about the many projects and procedures that we do.  If at any given time you have questions or don't understand a certain task, please do not hesitate to ask me or any staff.
the binders, flyers and special project forms are lookin awesome!!  I love them.
Here are the checklist of items needed....
1.       Print the Conner-Davidson Resiliency questionaire and place in appropriate binder 
  • Middle School Leadership (90)
  • High School Leadership (180)
2.       Print the A-G Requirements Pre/Post evaluations and place in appropriate binder
  • Middle School Leadership (45 pre) (45 post)
  • High School Leadership (90 pre) (90 post)
I have emailed you the resiliency questionnaire as well as the A-G Requirement evaluations.

1.We need to organize the Bookshelf.
***All things can go in our storage area. Please ask Eddie what items he wants to maintain in his office before you bring them to storage.
2. Take all completed binders to Eddie's office and placed them in the Bookshelf.

Flyers/Binder Covers

Good morning all,
Today I was able to work on Bindercovers and Flyers for Migrant Freshman/Sophomore Day for both East and West. They are saved on the computer under a folder named "Juan Prado's Projects". One binder was(East) completed the (West) needs to be finished

Calendar update

Please do NOT laminate the Instructional services calendar as there have been some updates.  I will print the final product and have it ready for someone to laminate.  Thanks

Timesheet Schedule

This is as far I was able to write down dates during the orientation. Hopefully this gets us through Feb. 2013.  I will post entire date as soon as i get the email from the foundation.

Welcome to the team!!!

We look forward in having you for this 2012-2013 academic year.  Together we will be implementing programs, events, and empowering students towards high school graduation and more!  Your communication is critical and accountability is a MUST working with a fast pace program like Instructional Services.

There is a College Application Workshop that you are required to attend.  The dates are schedule for Monday September 17th and Tuesday September 18th from 12-5.  Please try to adjust your work-schedule for this training.Below is a to do list for your information.

  1. Create for sign in sheet for Monday & Tuesdays College Application workshop
  2. Put together 10 College Application workshop material (1" binder, pen, small note pad) Please see Jennifer for cover page insert and additional materials.
  3. Print 30 legal size (8.5x14) and Laminate Instructional Services calendar 



Remember always provide detailed information as to what project you are working on and where you left off and/or where materials were left.
