New Project: Inter-Act Telephone Calls
We need to contact all studnets that will attend the leadership camp. Agmet is working on this task and will update us later.
Inter-Act Special Project form
The Binders for this weekend's event is now ready with the special forms. We updated the list of participants and left a copy on Marisol's desk for review.
We photocopy the special forms in pink and we hole-punched and placed them on their district. Next task to do is phone calls to remind students of this event. :)

College interest survey
Hello Team,
Today I added the date of birth and grade level of the student on the college interest survey. I didnt finished all the districts, Im still missing some of Kings Cayon, riverdale, parlier, selma and washinton. I am double checking the birthdays and grade levels and upto right now i found a couple of mistakes so please if anybody works on it please double check on them in the registration list 3rd sheet of the binder. Ill leave the binder and surveys on Marisol Desk and the thumb drive in the cup. Thank you.. :)

Have a Great Weekend
I just wanted to give everyone an update of the orange surveys. The information( birth date and grade ) has been written on all surveys. The surveys will be inside the office on the bookshelf in case further work must be done.

Work that needs to be finish
Hey guys here is where i left off.
Basicly I was separating the surveys by dictrict. After i separated them i need to add their date of birth and grade in every single one of them. that information is in the big binder (Senior/Junior Day binder) I only finished putting them by districts and i added the date of births to Caruthers and Central. I did not add their grade, becasue that information is not available in their paper work, i was thinking that after we finish putting their DOB we can refer to the transcripts and look for their grade.
I found one student that did the survey but did not submitted paper work, so i flagged that student with a sticky note, if you find something like that make sure to flag it. I did Caruthers and Central so the next district we need to start working on is Clovis.
All the materials will be by Marisol's desk, you will see the orange surveys and the big binder next to each other.

Here’s another project…We need to modify/upgrade an agenda. Check your email, I have attached the agenda that needs an upgrade as well as a sample of what we have created. Feel free to get ideas, be creative and generate your own. Please post on who will be taking on this project.
THE FINAL PRODUCT SHOULD BE FROM 4 PAGES TO 1 PAGE.

Things to do
We need to scan several college awareness documents. this will require the use of any of our office copiers. It may or may not require you to ask office staff how to scan and title documents.
Scan and Bundle with name of event
Example;
Scan title: Fresno Area College Night
Items bundled to scan (one scan should have the following): flyer, agenda, special projects, and sign-in sheets.
All the required documents to scan can be found in their binders:
- flyer
- agenda
- special projects
- sign-in sheets
make sure you title the documents before you scan.
The following events need to be scanned:
- Fresno Area College Night
- Reedley College Transfer Day
- Jr/Sr day at Fresno State

If there are any events that are missing special project forms you can get the form and fill as much of the form as you can......student name, Migrant ID, ect.

Hey Maria i try to turned in the Binders but they were at a meeting still so I left them by the computer lab. They are located on top of the binders with the transcripts.
Also for those who come early tomorrow i left some transcrips that need to be file, they need to be separated by school and grade. they are by the computer lab on top of a shelf. they are about 50 transcripts.
Make sure to to file them in the binders by the computer lab

Hello Team,
I just wanted to let everyone know about my progress. I have completed the two binders for I & R. I have also filed all the available high school transcripts. The transcript binders are located in the corner of the computer lab. If you have time, please check with our counselors to see if they would like anymore transcripts to be filed.
