Things to do

We need to scan several college awareness documents. this will require the use of any of our office copiers. It may or may not require you to ask office staff how to scan and title documents.

Scan and Bundle with name of event

Example;

Scan title: Fresno Area College Night

Items bundled to scan (one scan should have the following): flyer, agenda, special projects, and sign-in sheets.

All the required documents to scan can be found in their binders:

• flyer
• agenda
• special projects
• sign-in sheets

make sure you title the documents before you scan.

The following events need to be scanned:

1. Fresno Area College Night
2. Reedley College Transfer Day
3. Jr/Sr day at Fresno State
4. UCLA Migrant Scholars
5. UC Santa Barbara for Middle School
6. UC Berkeley Experience

If there are any events that are missing special project forms you can get the form and fill as much of the form as you can......student name, Migrant ID, ect.
