Jose and I have developed a Jeopardy game. We need to develop a few more questions, and would appreciate feedback/suggestion of the game.

A printed copy/draft will be in the office.

Project:

• Print the Scout Island Leadership documents from CA reality check.Student folders are saved on the flash drive located on my desk in the office
• A student registration list for ALL College Awareness and Leadership has been emailed, please cross reference the sign in sheet and highlight each student that DID NOT ATTEND in RED. Add students names that attended but were NOT registered as well. The UC Merced visit was postponed.
• Update Special Projects sheet in pink paper for Delores and another in our Special Projects binder. Please mark the following on the form:

1. Reading
2. language arts
3. Special activities
4. High School empowerment
5. Academic & Counseling
6. TRANSPORTATION (ONLY Inter-Act and Scout Island)

Scout Island Group 3 Binder

Hello Team,

I hope you have had time to go meet our students. I personally, really enjoyed being there yesterday for a short period. I'm looking forward to meeting new students tomorrow.

Currently, I am working on the leadership academy binder for group 3. I have been filing applications, checking for elibibility, and creating the sing-in sheet. Next, I will be making the Special Projects Form.

Hi Eddie i just wanted to let youy know that the Facebook page is ready. I just need pictures and the description to upload it.

Also i wanted to confirm with you about the privacy settings. I found out a way so no one can post anything on the page unless we want them to so let know if you still want me to do that or if you want me to allow them to write on our wall.

UC MERCED TRIP CANCELLED

DO NOT call the students registered for the UC Merced trip as it has been cancelled due to lack of student qualifications meeting the criteria.

Scout Island: Meeting/Prep Work

We still need:

1. Make copies of the "Empowering Futures...Inspiring Minds" Booklet - Cover page and ONLY SESSION 1. (first 7 pages), hold punch

2. Once binders are here we will put together the binders and have the black bags ready for tomorrow

Reminder phone calls to parents and students about tomorrows Frosh/Soph Day at Fresno State.

There will be no need to contact Kings-Canyon=Orange Cove and Reedley HS. They will have their own interns call their students.
