Project:

  • Print the Scout Island Leadership documents from CA reality check.Student folders are saved on the flash drive located on my desk in the office
  • A student registration list for ALL College Awareness and Leadership has been emailed, please cross reference the sign in sheet and highlight each student that DID NOT ATTEND in RED. Add students names that attended but were NOT registered as well. The UC Merced visit was postponed.
  • Update Special Projects sheet in pink paper for Delores and another in our Special Projects binder. Please mark the following on the form:
  1. Reading
  2. language arts
  3. Special activities
  4. High School empowerment
  5. Academic & Counseling
  6. TRANSPORTATION (ONLY Inter-Act and Scout Island)

  1. I am done cross referencing the sing in sheet and the list of registered students. I highlighted the register student list: Red for the ones that didn't showed up or didn't meet the GPA requirements. Green for the ones that attended and where registered and yellow for the ones that attended and were not registered.

  3. I printed the Scout Island Leadership documents from CA reality check...The only thing we need to do is hole-punched them and put them in the binder that I created, according to their group.

    I would be placing the binder with papers inside(next to the other binders), so when getting the binder be careful because papers are not hole punched and organized.. I hope everyone has a good weekend... :)
