The binder for Fresno Pacific has been created. Please check with Eddie and Marisol to see if new applications have been received for this event.
I also created the special projects forms for: Kings Canyon, Kerman, and Selma. Note that a new special projects form has been put on this blog, please fill out this one. Use the student online registration form to identify the students that are PFS(priority for service)on the special projects forms.
When you are filing student applications make a list of the students that did not turn in transcripts and who do not have one on file with the counselors.
Jose, please add two more columns to the excel data that you are working on (student event participation. They should be titled: 1st Semester Transcript and 2nd Semester Transcript
Today I checked EOE for students at Fresno High, Roosevelt High, Tranquility, and Mendota. I also created the special projects form for these districts. The student transcripts have been given to Yue.

We all agreed that we were available and could go to Fresno Pacific's event on Wednesday during our schedule hours of work, Unless you guys think someone should come to the office.

A copy of the special projects from has been given to Delores and one will be placed in the binder in Ediie and Marisol's office. The Fresno Pacific task is finished.
