Checklist Items

Hello.  Hope all is well.  I want to thank you for everything that you are working on.  I hope you are enjoying and learning about the many projects and procedures that we do.  If at any given time you have questions or don't understand a certain task, please do not hesitate to ask me or any staff.
the binders, flyers and special project forms are lookin awesome!!  I love them.
Here are the checklist of items needed....
1.       Print the Conner-Davidson Resiliency questionaire and place in appropriate binder 
  • Middle School Leadership (90)
  • High School Leadership (180)
2.       Print the A-G Requirements Pre/Post evaluations and place in appropriate binder
  • Middle School Leadership (45 pre) (45 post)
  • High School Leadership (90 pre) (90 post)
I have emailed you the resiliency questionnaire as well as the A-G Requirement evaluations.

    forgot #3...evaluate high school transcripts. Please see me if you will be conducting this task for more information

    Goodmorning,
    Today I was able to print and make copies that Eddie Requested. I put them in manilla envelopes and were placed in thier appropriate binders. In additon to the completed task, I am assisitng Jazmin on the High School Transpcripts. I will continue working on this task until completed.

    On the box, " AG/Graduation Requirements" Eddie asked that we only write down courses that are AG.
    Do Not list courses like teachers aide.

    Courses with "p" indicate that they are college prep.
    Also, in case you are not sure you can always check on Doorways.

    At the moment we divided the work.


    Prado is working on Firebaugh Transcripts
    Veronica is working on Reedley Transcripts
    Prado is working on Tranquillity Transcripts

      I am not sure where you placed the Tranquility Transcripts please let me know where they were placed so that I can work on those.

    Just spoke with Eddie, He is concered that the evalation High School Transcript forms are not being filled out properly. Please be sure that you are including EOE date, Date, Migrant ID, CAHSEE scores (if any) or put passed not passed not taken, and that the grades of the courses taken is being inserted in their respective location. Also, please be sure to jot down on the notes if the student is on track or what they are missing. Thanks guys

    I am almost done with Tranquillity Transcript but I need to go back and write down Migrant ID, EOE date and if students have participated in college awareness activities.

    I was going to get this information from the master list but tranquillity h.S is not on the list.

    Tomorrow when I see Veronica I am going to ask her if she wants me to on the MNIS database to find this information.


    So, in the meantimeI am going to continue where veronica left of on the Reedley Transcripts.

    I am off for the day and i was not able to complete Reedley Transcripts. ( but Prado is here and he will continue were i left off)
