Instructional Services Calendar

Welcome to the team!!!

We look forward in having you for this 2012-2013 academic year.  Together we will be implementing programs, events, and empowering students towards high school graduation and more!  Your communication is critical and accountability is a MUST working with a fast pace program like Instructional Services.

There is a College Application Workshop that you are required to attend.  The dates are schedule for Monday September 17th and Tuesday September 18th from 12-5.  Please try to adjust your work-schedule for this training.Below is a to do list for your information.

  1. Create for sign in sheet for Monday & Tuesdays College Application workshop
  2. Put together 10 College Application workshop material (1" binder, pen, small note pad) Please see Jennifer for cover page insert and additional materials.
  3. Print 30 legal size (8.5x14) and Laminate Instructional Services calendar 



Remember always provide detailed information as to what project you are working on and where you left off and/or where materials were left.

Items emailed to you:

  • A flyer of the College Application workshop
  • Instructional Services Calendar

    If the calendar has a DRAFT watermark, Do you want us to print 30 and then laminate them or do you want to remove the watermark first?

    Another thing, Calvin is not here and we only found 2 1"binders so instead we can use 1" 1/2 binders. Let me know if that works for you

    lets take the draft off the calendar.

    I would rather have a 2" binder over the 1" or the 1 1/2" binders

    Things that are Pending are....

    1. Pending for additional material

    2. Task: Laminate Instructional Services calendar
    Status: Pending . Waiting for someone to fix the laminator.

    all material can be found in a box by our storage space ( behind the computer lab where we were sitting down )

    When I arrive to the office Monday Morning I will ask Jennifer for the additional materials. What is wrong with the laminator? Hopefully it gets fixed before the event. Other than what Jazmin posted, are the remainder of the tasks taken care of?

    Calvin will train us on what to do when the laminator runs out of that clear laminating roll.

    Pending....To cut the laminated calendars. They are on top of the storage space.
