Monthly Meeting 10/10/12 ....After our meeting

After our meeting we have created  a  task list


Task #1   Create a Manual for Students on how to apply for a CSU
Priority: High
Status: Pending
Jazmin will go  head and get started on this.


Task #2:  Print out A-G courses from Doorways.
Priority:  Medium
( it needs to be done by the time we have our upcoming migrant days )
 Status: Pending


Task # 3 Prepare for Middle School Academies (Binders?, Backpacks, Powerpoint Presentation)
Priority: Medium

Task # 4 Graph Report per event
Priority: High
Status: Veronica is going to start filtering the information for College Nigh, Reedley Transfer Day & Sr/ Jr day


Task #5Clean Up Instructional Services Cabinet

Status: Pending


Task #6Organize the Flash-Drive
Priority: HIGH
Status: Inters have gone through the flash drive to delete and organize for easier accessability of files and folders


Task #7Create a Binder for the High School Transcripts
Priority: Medium
Status: Juan will create binder for transcripts

  3. In regards to task #2
    I am putting a binder together of the AG courses for all districts.
    This binder is going to be located in Eddie's bookshelf.

    Eddie wants us to print copies depending the # of students register. ( he mentioned that 2 or 3 days prior to the event)

    Also, when we print my suggestion is that we make the copies double sided.


    Status: Still in Progress.

  4. Task #8 Add to the excel ( on its header it has Fresno unified with student's email)

    the names of the students who attended todays informational meeting at Central East High School.


    Victoria recommmended that we add one more column,
    District and the header to be Fresno County.

    Status: Not completed (I spend time looking for it but i was not able to find it.)

  6. This blog needed to be posted on Friday.....oops I forgot.


    I was able to semi finish the PowerPoint. The reason I say that is because I would like for someone to take a look at it and give me feedback
    Also, I like the idea of presenting this to students on tuesday and see how it goes and hopefully we find more things to add.

    Eddie I left you a hard copy on your desk for you to review.

  7. Juan and I went ahead and created the CSU Mentor manuals for tomorrow's event.
    Total of 35***
    I also made copies of the Resiliency Questionnaire (PRE/POST)
    Total of 40*** front and back
