For this upcoming Middle School Academy I will be presenting on 3 diffrent topics. High School Planning, A-G and High School Transcript. Materials that will be provided will be powerpoint presentaitons, pre-post test, prizes(I contacted McDonald's to see if we could get certificates for a free icecream or appledippers. They will not have those in time for our January academies but they will definately have those ready for our March Academies we will need a letter from Migrant FCOE stating who we are and what we do. The letter must include a non-profit organization number). I will communicate with Jazmin on Thurday to find out what other materials will be neded for our January academies.
A-G pre and post questionnare has been completed and is saved on my jumpdrive titled High School Guide Assessment. For this pre and post we should use two diffrent colored papers since there is 2 parts to each exam (I was thinking Green paper for Pre exam and Red for Post Exam) Powerpoint was given back to me and corrections have been made I have my copy with notes and corrections on it. On Thursday I will start on making the neccesary copies and start gathering materials and supplies. Also, I founds some spelling errors on the Cornell Note Taking Method handout I've asked Eddie if there was a digital copy that we could use to modify and make corrections. In the Event that Eddie can not obtain a digital copy we (the interns) should start creating a new Cornell Note taking Method Handout with the necessary corrections. Vero or Jazmin could you please post on here letting me know what else we need for this upcoming academy? Thank you girls. I will finish out my day by helping Choua.

ACTIVITY: Student will be creating an informational about the college that I assigned to them. They will be covering the following items. 1. Admission Requirements 2. Majors offered. 3. Campus Enrollment 4. Distance

Tomorrow I will be joining Juan Prado if we have some time we can have a little activity (A-G Puzzle). I went ahead and bought some name badges labels for the students as well.
