The Binders for this weekend's event is now ready with the special forms. We updated the list of participants and left a copy on Marisol's desk for review.
We photocopy the special forms in pink and we hole-punched and placed them on their district. Next task to do is phone calls to remind students of this event. :)
The List of students who will be attending this event has been revised and emailed to Marisol. If any updates are to be made, the document is saved on the USB in a folder called, "H.S Inter-Act Camp Oct.28-30" and the document is titled "CAP 2011-12-high school inter-Act Revised."

ReplyDeleteWe need to get the sign in sheets ready for tomorrow. You have the list of students with the exception of 4-5 students that will not be attending.

ReplyDeletePlease make the sign in sheets by district. Remove the names of the students that we talked about that will not participate.
Also make two sets of sign in sheets. one for Friday 10/28/11 and one for Sunday. 10/30/11
When you are done can you please place the sign in sheets in its appropriate binder.

I updated the special project forms for mendota, firebaugh, tranquillity and washington union. I also made the pink copies and turned them in to I&R.
