The Master Binder will include all the students applications. Some of the applications are the original applications and others are copies. I am sorting out the applications by districts and putting them in an alphabetical order. So far, I have some missing applications from students that register to an event but never attended or students who attended College Night (with no permission packet). The other set of applications are missing their parent's signature .
I am currently making a spread Excel sheet with the following information
1.Student's Last and First Name
2. District
3. Missing Application YES (they are missing an App) or NO (They only need a signature)
4. Application Packet Page 1, 2, 3 (Indicating where the parent forgot to sign)

The most updated list can be found in my USB drive. I have been checking all binders for missing applications. The list looks much better and we hope to finish this task by this week. Next step will be to combine all applications from our previous events into a big binder.
